Customers may order the exact published service for lawful public content they control or are authorized to promote. The target must be technically compatible, accessible without private credentials, and remain public while fulfillment is active.
Do not submit fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, harassment, hate, exploitation, illegal goods or services, deceptive financial claims, stolen content, non-consensual material, forced participation, market manipulation, platform-safeguard evasion, or any request that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Private research participants may only read an eligible customer-controlled page and provide the defined written answers. They must not be asked to click ads, register, purchase, submit personal information, or affect traffic and public engagement metrics. Real-user participants opt in to defined public tasks. Automated services are clearly labeled and limited to the selected quantity. Customers may not request undisclosed actions, private-account access, credentials, fabricated reviews, misleading testimonials, or behavior beyond the named service.
Crowdlume may request clarification, refuse a target, pause fulfillment, or move an order to manual review. To report content or ask whether a target is eligible, email support@crowdlume.com before ordering.
