Payment confirmation
Pending payments do not start. Confirmed payments move into delivery automatically. Expired, incorrect, duplicate, or disputed payments enter the appropriate state or manual review.
Track delivery
Your account shows start time, progress, expected completion timing, and the final Completed state.

Timing
Each service page shows typical timing. It is an estimate, not a guarantee: public-target availability, voluntary community participation, inventory, or a review can change the pace.
Refunds
Unpaid invoices expire without fulfillment. Duplicate or incorrect payments and undeliverable eligible orders can be reviewed under the published refund policy.
