Get a supported coin
Buy or transfer only a coin and network offered on your live Crowdlume invoice. USDT is common, but the invoice is the final source of truth.

Sign in, open Add funds, enter $2–$5,000, and continue to the hosted crypto payment page. Keep its amount and expiry visible.
02Invoice
Copy every field
Select a supported coin and copy the exact network, deposit address, required amount, and MEMO or tag if one is shown.
03Binance
Open Withdraw Crypto
In Binance, open Assets or Wallet, choose Withdraw, then Withdraw Crypto. Select the same coin shown on the Crowdlume invoice.
04Network
Use the identical network
Paste the invoice address and match the network exactly. TRC20, ERC20, and BEP20 cannot be substituted for one another.
05Amount
Account for fees
Check the recipient-receives value after Binance's withdrawal fee. It must meet the live invoice amount before the invoice expires.
06Confirm
Review and keep the TXID
Compare address characters, coin, network, amount, and tag; submit the withdrawal, save the TXID, then wait for confirmed Crowdlume credit.

When does delivery start?−
Delivery starts after payment is confirmed. A created or pending payment does not activate an order.
Where can I track an order?+
Sign in to your Crowdlume account to see payment state, start time, progress, expected timing, and completion.
Why can delivery timing change?+
Typical timing appears on each service page. Target availability, service availability, voluntary participation, or a manual review can affect the pace.
What if an order cannot be completed?+
Eligible orders that cannot be completed can be reviewed under the refund policy. Contact support with the order ID for help.
Can I choose a cheaper blockchain network?+
Only when that exact network appears on the current invoice. Never choose a network merely because its fee is lower; a network mismatch can make the transfer unrecoverable.
Is the Binance link required?+
No. Binance is an independent third party, and you may use any compatible wallet or exchange. Crowdlume may receive a referral benefit if you use this optional registration link.
