Terms of service

The contract behind
each defined service.

Effective August 16, 2026. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and the linked policies.

01

Eligibility and accounts

Customers must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter a contract, and permitted to use the service in their location. Account information must be accurate. The customer is responsible for securing the email or Google account used to sign in.

02

Services and customer authorization

Crowdlume sells the named digital action, package, and delivery method displayed before checkout. The customer must control or be authorized to promote the submitted public target and must keep it accessible while the order is active. Crowdlume does not promise virality, retention, algorithmic reach, sales, ranking, monetization, or behavior beyond the purchased action.

03

Prices, payment, and activation

Prices are shown in USD as one complete customer total. Crypto payments are processed by a specialist third-party payment provider. Network selection, conversion, and payment requirements are shown in the payment flow. Account balances are credited only after confirmation. Fulfillment begins only after payment is verified. Pending, expired, refunded, or disputed transactions do not count as paid orders.

04

Delivery, review, and completion

Timing is an estimate. Crowdlume may pause, reject, cancel, or manually review an order when payment, target content, requested conduct, availability, or delivery evidence is inconsistent with the listing or policies. Completion is recorded when the purchased work has been reviewed or the delivery status has been verified.

05

Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, Crowdlume is not responsible for indirect loss, third-party platform decisions, algorithm changes, customer-provided content, or outcomes not included in the purchased service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. Questions and notices may be sent to support@crowdlume.com.
