Social Media Refill vs Refund: What to Check
A refill replaces eligible lost actions under a stated service policy. A refund returns an eligible amount under the applicable refund terms. Neither means permanent retention, and a refill is included only when the exact listing says so.
Three promises that mean different things
Delivery means the ordered action was completed. Retention describes how long that action remains visible. Refill describes a remedy if eligible actions disappear during a defined window. A service can complete delivery without promising long-term retention. Read each field separately before comparing packages.
Compare the same quantity and action
Start with the same platform, target type and quantity. Then compare total customer price, delivery method, start estimate, completion estimate and the exact refill wording. A lower unit price is not an equivalent offer if one package has different eligibility or remedies. Do not infer included refills from the terms Economy, Standard or community.
A useful record before you submit
Keep the selected listing, quantity, public target URL and quoted terms with the order reference. Record the visible count and time when the platform makes that count available. After delivery, compare like-for-like observations. A public total can also change through unrelated activity, platform reviews or removals, so a changing count alone does not identify the cause.
What to ask support
If the listing includes a refill, ask about the eligible window, minimum loss, required evidence and whether a request is necessary. If it says no refill, do not plan around an unstated replacement promise. For an incomplete or failed order, provide the order reference and ask which remedy applies. Do not send account passwords or unrelated personal information.
When to pause
Pause if the exact service terms are unclear, the target is inaccessible, or your decision depends on permanent retention or guaranteed sales. Platform enforcement is separate from the store remedy: even a stated refill or refund does not make an action acceptable under a platform policy. Review the platform rules before deciding whether to proceed.
Common questions
Does every CrowdLume package include a refill?
No. Use the refill wording on the exact listing. Package names and delivery method do not create an additional guarantee.
Is a refill the same as a refund?
No. A refill concerns replacement of eligible actions; a refund concerns an eligible payment remedy. The applicable service and refund terms determine availability.
Does completed mean permanent?
No. Completion records the selected delivery outcome. Future retention, reach, ranking and sales are separate and are not guaranteed.
