Service standards

Clear rules for
defined tasks.

These policies explain what the platform coordinates, what customers must provide, and how orders, refunds, and account data are handled.

01

Acceptable use

Orders must point to lawful, public content that the customer is authorized to promote. Customers may not submit content involving fraud, impersonation, malware, harassment, hate, illegal goods, deceptive financial claims, forced participation, or attempts to evade a platform’s safeguards.

Real-user services use opt-in participants. Automated services use quantity-based system delivery and are labeled before checkout. An order may request only the named action.

02

Refunds and manual review

Unpaid or expired invoices do not start fulfillment. Duplicate payments, incorrect amounts, payment or delivery disputes, publication failures, or orders that cannot be fulfilled safely enter manual review.

03

Privacy

Your account contains the selected service, public target URL, payment and order states, timing, and progress. Only your verified account can view its order history.

04

Service terms

The checkout total covers the selected package, action, and delivery method. The public target must remain accessible while the order is active. Timing is an estimate.
